As part of its efforts to support the spread of alternative aromatic crops, the AWSAD Association distributed 8,000 seedlings today to sixty farmers, including support for the municipality of Mirouba to plant lavender along roadsides. Representing AWSAD at the meeting were Vice President Salim Saad, a native of Mirouba, and Engineer Rami Abi Rashed. Also present were Ms. Rita Khalil and members of the municipality.
