With support from the American organization SEAL, the OSAD Association constructed a mountain reservoir with a capacity of approximately 8,000 cubic meters to collect water during the winter and spring seasons and use it during the summer when the water dries up. This will lead to an agricultural revival in the village of Mazraat al-Sayed, in addition to a water pumping network to the reservoir and a distribution network from it to the agricultural lands.
