In accordance with the provisions of the protocol signed between the Shlifa Municipality, represented by its promising mayor, Sheikh Sobhi Rabia Kairouz, and the OSAD Association, represented by its president, Dr. Hanna El Khoury. Given the water scarcity and drought Lebanon is suffering from, the OSAD Association, in cooperation with the Shlifa Municipality, has rehabilitated the pumping network from the Shlifa artesian well to the town’s reservoir, including the necessary 4-inch pipes, thus providing water to the citizens of our beloved town.
